ÉLAN RDC is a private sector development programme which aims to improve the way markets work in the DRC in order to increase the incomes of over a million low-income men and women by 2020. The programme partners with and provides expertise to market actors, such as businesses, financial institutions and industry associations, to design and facilitate the introduction of sustainable and innovative industry changes that will build a more efficient and inclusive economy.  Work and Opportunities for Women (WOW) programme is a new flagship programme funded by UK’s Department for International Development (DFID). The objective of WOW is that women have access to improved economic opportunities through business interventions in supply chains and economic development programmes. The Business Innovation Facility (BIF) is a DFID funded  M4P program  implemented by PwC.Currently BIF is  working in multiple markets across three countries - Malawi, Myanmar and Nigeria - as well as through two global funding 'windows'.  H&S Biz Associate has been providing  Global M&E Services to the program since Feb 2016 to present. http://www.bifprogramme.org/

The Business Partnership Fund ( PBF) is a DFID funded pilot program which aims uses British Multinationals as a change agent through development and implementation of inclusive business strategies.   BPF is  implemented by PwC and works   in multiple countries.  H&S Biz Associates has been  providing Global M&E Services to the program since November 2016 to present

Implemented over 5 years (2011-15) by the Ministry of Trade and Investment, the Growth and Employment in States (GEMS) Project is jointly funded by the World Bank and DFID. Its aim is to increase growth and employment, especially for poor men and women, by improving competitiveness in strategically important Nigerian industry clusters in selected states and nationally, as well as through business environment reform. Wholly funded by DFID, the GEMS1 component is targeting the meat and leather industry. H&S Biz Associates provides  M&E Services for the program from March 2011 to Sept 2015

The Conservation Farming Unit (CFU), is a company limited by guarantee, working to transform the principles of Conservation Farming (CF) and climate-smart agriculture into practical methods for the majority of smallholder farmers in Zambia. (http://conservationagriculture.org/). The programme has received a grant from the UK Department for International Development (DFID) for the implementation of the five-year Climate Smart Agriculture Zambia (CSAZ) programme with the aim of improving livelihoods and resilience of Zambian farming families. The programme works with a host of market actors/players and service providers in Zambia's agricultural sector to make it more resilient to changing weather by facilitating the adoption of CSA practices. H&S Biz Associates provides  M&E Services for the program from March 2016 to April 2017

EYE – Enhancing Youth Employment  is a Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) project implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and MDA-Management Development Associates.

It supports employment opportunities of young women and men graduates from schools and universities by facilitating their transition into the labour market.

The project addresses three sides of the labour market by focusing on:

  1. Skills Supply according to market demand
  2. Improved Job Matching Service and Information
  3. Private Sector Development

These three areas of intervention are also divided into project components with specific outputs attached to each.

EYE has started its second implementation phase 2017-2020 after completing the first phase of the project which was implemented from June 2012 to December 2016. H&S Biz Associates provides  M&E Training Services to  the program from May 2015-May2016
